Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a gentle boil over medium heat. Add sliced ginger and let it simmer.
- Gently drop the wontons into the boiling broth. Cook according to package instructions or until they float, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add chopped baby bok choy to the pot and stir for an additional minute until bright green and tender.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil to taste, adjusting as needed.
- Serve hot in bowls garnished with chopped green onions.
