Description
Valentine’s White Chocolate Popcorn is a festive, no-bake snack made with popcorn, melted white chocolate, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, colorful candy, and sprinkles. Sweet, crunchy, and customizable—it’s perfect for parties, gifts, or movie nights!
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 cups (about 2 bags) popped popcorn
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (or white candy melts)
- 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/2 cup pink, red, and white M&M’s or candy-coated chocolates
- 2 tablespoons pink or red sprinkles
- Optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil (to help melt the chocolate)
Instructions
- Add popped popcorn to a large bowl, removing any unpopped kernels.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between. Add coconut oil if needed for smoother texture.
- Pour melted white chocolate over popcorn and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Add crushed freeze-dried strawberries, M&M’s, and sprinkles. Toss lightly so toppings stick.
- Spread mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Let set at room temp for 10–15 minutes or chill to speed it up.
- Once chocolate is set, break into chunks. Serve in bowls or package in gift bags.
