Description

Valentine’s White Chocolate Popcorn is a festive, no-bake snack made with popcorn, melted white chocolate, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, colorful candy, and sprinkles. Sweet, crunchy, and customizable—it’s perfect for parties, gifts, or movie nights!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 cups (about 2 bags) popped popcorn
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (or white candy melts)
  • 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pink, red, and white M&M’s or candy-coated chocolates
  • 2 tablespoons pink or red sprinkles
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil (to help melt the chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Add popped popcorn to a large bowl, removing any unpopped kernels.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between. Add coconut oil if needed for smoother texture.
  3. Pour melted white chocolate over popcorn and gently toss until evenly coated.
  4. Add crushed freeze-dried strawberries, M&M’s, and sprinkles. Toss lightly so toppings stick.
  5. Spread mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Let set at room temp for 10–15 minutes or chill to speed it up.
  6. Once chocolate is set, break into chunks. Serve in bowls or package in gift bags.
