Instructions
- Prepare Mixture: Drain cottage cheese slightly to remove excess liquid. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with flour or breadcrumbs until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Shape Tots: Dust hands with flour to prevent sticking. Shape mixture into small, bite-sized tots. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill (Optional): Refrigerate shaped tots for 20 minutes to firm up.
