Description
Spicy Tuna Salad Bites are a low-carb, flavorful snack that combines protein-packed tuna with a spicy kick.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water or oil, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
- 1–2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cucumber, sliced into rounds
- Optional garnish: sesame seeds, cilantro, or avocado slices
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), sriracha sauce, lime juice, and chopped green onions (if using). Stir until well mixed and the tuna is fully coated with the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice the cucumber into rounds, about 1/4 inch thick. You should have enough rounds for each tuna bite.
- Spoon a generous amount of the spicy tuna mixture onto each cucumber round. Spread evenly across the top to ensure each bite is packed with flavor.
- Arrange the tuna-topped cucumber slices on a serving platter. Optionally, garnish with sesame seeds, cilantro, or avocado slices.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
