- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment or lightly oil it.
- In a bowl, whisk maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place chicken thighs on the sheet pan. Pour half the glaze over and coat well. Reserve the rest for basting.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Baste with remaining glaze halfway through.
- For crispy tops, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end—watch closely.
- Let rest 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with your favorite sides.
