- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup buttermilk or whole milk
- 1/3 cup olive oil or melted butter

- 2 tbsp chopped chives or herbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk and olive oil. Mix well.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently. Do not overmix.
- Fold in cheese and herbs. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temp.
