- 6 mini bagels, halved
- ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite toppings: pepperoni slices, diced bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, sausage, or pineapple
- Optional: Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange bagel halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of sauce on each half.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add toppings of your choice.
- Add a pinch of Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes if desired.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are slightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
