Description

These mini pizza bagel bites are the ultimate homemade snack—crispy-edged bagel halves loaded with gooey cheese, zesty sauce, and your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 6 mini bagels, halved
  • ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Your favorite toppings: pepperoni slices, diced bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, sausage, or pineapple
  • Optional: Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange bagel halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  3. Spread about 1 tablespoon of sauce on each half.
