Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the orzo pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
