Instructions

  1. Preheat to 325°F (160°C) and grease/flour a 10-cup bundt pan.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (3–5 minutes).
  3. Mix in eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
  4. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk into the butter mixture, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
  6. Mix in key lime juice, zest, and vanilla until just combined.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 70–80 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool 10–15 minutes in the pan, then invert onto a rack to cool completely.
  9. Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over the cooled cake.
