Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 lbs Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ cups Gruyere cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
