Crescent Cheesecake Bars are a delightful dessert with a creamy filling and flaky crust.

- For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- For the Crescent Dough:
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, sealing any seams to form an even layer.
- Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the crescent dough.
- Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it on top of the filling, sealing the seams.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
- Dust the top with powdered sugar.
- Slice into bars and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- These bars can be made a day in advance.
