  • 1 tbsp Garlic Blend Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 Cup Beef or Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 to 1 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 25 oz Frozen Cheese Ravioli
  • 1/4 Cup Reserved Pasta Water

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add spicy Italian sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula. Once partially cooked, add diced peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until the sausage is browned and veggies are soft, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Stir in garlic blend, Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the broth and heavy cream. Stir gently to combine and let simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese. Mix well until sauce is thick, creamy, and smooth. Avoid boiling.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the cheese ravioli according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water before draining.
  6. Add cooked ravioli and reserved pasta water into the skillet. Toss gently to coat everything in the sauce.
  7. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  8. Serve hot.
