Description
Cranberry turkey sliders are the perfect festive appetizer. Juicy turkey, melted cheese, and tangy cranberry sauce come together on soft slider buns.
Ingredients

- 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
- 2 cups cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 6 slices Swiss cheese (or Gouda/Havarti)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
- Place bottom half in baking dish. Layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese evenly.
- Place top half of rolls back on.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Brush over tops.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5–10 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
- Use a serrated knife to cut into sliders. Serve warm.
