Description

Cranberry turkey sliders are the perfect festive appetizer. Juicy turkey, melted cheese, and tangy cranberry sauce come together on soft slider buns.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese (or Gouda/Havarti)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
  2. Place bottom half in baking dish. Layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese evenly.
  3. Place top half of rolls back on.
  4. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Brush over tops.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5–10 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
  6. Use a serrated knife to cut into sliders. Serve warm.
