- 1 cup Fireball whiskey
- 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup crushed candy canes
- 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the Fireball whiskey over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
- Sprinkle the gelatin over the hot Fireball and whisk to combine. Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Whisk the bloomed gelatin mixture until smooth and all the gelatin has dissolved.
- Stir in the crushed candy canes and white sugar until well combined.
- Pour the gummy mixture into a greased 8×8-inch baking pan or silicone mold.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the gummies are firm.
- Once set, remove the gummies from the pan or mold and cut into desired shapes and sizes.
