Description

This creamy, super easy Caesar dressing recipe comes together in seconds using simple pantry staples. It tastes far better than store-bought and requires no raw egg.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup (40 g) grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce or coconut aminos
  • ¼ teaspoon finely ground sea salt, plus additional to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper, plus additional to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together until all ingredients are well-combined.
  3. Taste test and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop before using.
