Description
Easy stuffed bacon-wrapped dates are a sweet, salty, crowd-pleasing appetizer perfect for holidays, parties, and special occasions.

- 9 oz dates (jumbo pitted)
- ½ pound bacon
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice the dates about a third of the way through and push the ends together to help open them.
- Add the blue cheese crumbles and stuff the dates. Repeat until all the dates are stuffed.
- Slice the bacon in half and wrap a piece around each of the dates.
- Secure the stuffed bacon-wrapped dates with a toothpick.
- Place on a wire rack over an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and flip the dates over.
- Return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
- Remove the bacon from the oven once it’s cooked.
- Drizzle the bacon-wrapped dates with balsamic glaze and garnish with parsley.
